Cancellations Before Work Begins
If you purchase a service and request cancellation before work has started, you may contact us to request a refund.
Where applicable, third-party charges, transaction fees, payment-processing fees, or other non-refundable expenses may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds After Work Has Started
Once work has begun on your project, payments relating to work already completed or in progress are generally non-refundable.
SEO services may include research, technical analysis, competitor analysis, keyword research, strategy development, content preparation, website analysis, and other customized work that cannot be returned like a physical product.
If only part of the agreed work has been completed, SEO Expert Marketing may review the situation individually and determine whether any partial refund is appropriate.
SEO Audits and Reports
Payments for completed or substantially completed SEO audits, reports, keyword research, competitor research, technical analyses, or similar digital deliverables are non-refundable after delivery.
This includes customized recommendations and reports prepared specifically for your website or business.
Monthly SEO Services
If you purchase recurring or monthly SEO services, you may cancel future service periods according to the terms of your proposal, invoice, subscription, or service agreement.
Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not automatically create a refund for services already delivered or work completed during the current billing period.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make the same payment more than once, contact us as soon as possible.
Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.

SEO Expert Marketing does not guarantee a particular Google ranking, search position, traffic increase, lead volume, revenue amount, or other specific result.
Search engine performance can be influenced by factors outside our control, including:

- Competition
- Website history
- Technical limitations
- Market conditions
- Third-party platforms
- Client changes to the website
- Search engine policies
Failure to achieve a specific ranking or result does not, by itself, qualify a service for a refund.
Third-Party Costs
Certain projects may require approved third-party products or services.
These may include software, SEO tools, advertising services, hosting, plugins, content services, data providers, or other external resources.
Third-party fees that have already been incurred are generally non-refundable.
Completed Services
