Request your free SEO consultation

Use this form to request a free SEO consultation. Share your website address and the results you want it to bring your business. We review the site and email you the main problems we spot, plus what we'd fix first.

It costs nothing and there's no obligation. There's no call to book, and the form doesn't ask for any logins. We work remotely with small businesses in four countries: the USA, the UK, Canada and Australia.

What you get from a free SEO consultation

Our free SEO consultation is a written review of your website, based on the goals you share in the form above. It's the same free website review offered on our service pages. Our email reply covers two things:

  • The main issues we see: for example, key pages Google may not be showing, service pages that don't match what customers type into Google, or a layout that's hard to use on a phone.
  • The priorities we'd recommend: what to fix first, and what can wait.

Think of it as a first look rather than a complete audit. A more detailed initial SEO audit is part of each monthly plan.

Free SEO consultation steps: send the form, we review your site, we reply by email with priorities, and you decide what to do next

What to include in your message

The form has fields for your name, email, website address, business location (optional) and a message. In the message, it helps to tell us:

  • What you sell, who buys it and the area you serve.
  • The result you're after: more calls, bookings, quote requests or sales.
  • Two or three searches you'd like to appear for, and any competitors that show up above you.
  • Recent changes, such as a redesign, a new domain or a drop in inquiries.
  • Your platform (WordPress or another) and who would make changes: you, a developer or an agency.

Please leave passwords and payment details out of your message. Each request is emailed to our inbox and saved in the website's database; our privacy policy covers how we handle it.

Need SEO services? Who we work with

We focus on small businesses, local service businesses and WordPress websites. Requesting a free SEO consultation makes sense if:

  • Your site gets few calls or inquiries from Google searches, and you can't tell why.
  • You serve a town or region and want to be found in local searches (see local SEO services).
  • A redesign is on the way, and you'd like to know which pages are worth protecting.
  • You're deciding whether to pay for SEO help at all.

We're not the right fit if you want promised rankings or shortcuts. We don't promise positions in Google, and we don't buy links or post fake reviews.

What the monthly plans cost

If you'd like us to do the work, you can choose from three monthly plans priced in USD: SEO Starter ($395 a month), SEO Growth ($795 a month) or SEO Authority ($1,495 a month). Your written proposal explains the work, the price in USD and who is responsible for what before you commit. Compare what each plan includes on our SEO services page.

Before you hire an SEO expert: what to check

Whether you choose us or someone else, a few checks protect your money and your website. Google's guide Do you need an SEO? suggests interviewing any SEO you're considering and checking their business references. Its suggested interview questions cover, among other things:

  • Examples of their previous work, and success stories.
  • What results they expect, how soon, and how they'll measure success.
  • How you can expect to communicate with them.
  • Whether they'll share every change they make to your site and explain their reasoning.

Red flags

  • A promise of first place. Google's guide states: "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google."
  • Unrequested SEO emails. The same guide tells you to be wary of SEO firms and agencies that email you without being asked.
  • No clear plan. Google also says to be careful with a company that is secretive or won't clearly explain what it intends to do.
  • Requests for your passwords. If a provider needs your Search Console data, add them as a user with a permission level you choose; Search Console Help explains the roles. If they're auditing your site, Google's guide says to grant read access only, not write access.

Our answer, as a new agency

To be clear about where we stand: our website went live in late September 2026, so there are no published client results to show you yet. We plan to share this website's own Search Console numbers every month, in an article called "this site, ranked in public." Until then, a free SEO consultation lets you judge our advice on your own website without paying anything. Our about page explains how we work.

Other ways to reach us

  • Email: contact (at) seoexpertmarketing.com. Useful if you want to attach screenshots or explain a problem in detail.
  • Live chat: the chat button on every page of this site, for quick questions. We don't publish chat hours, so for a free SEO consultation, the form above works best.
  • Mail: SEO Expert Marketing, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This is our business mailing address. We work remotely, so please use it for mail only.

Yes. Requesting a review costs nothing, and there's no obligation to buy anything afterward. You'd pay only if you later decide to hire us. Our monthly plans start at $395/month (SEO Starter, USD), and you'd see the work and the price in a written proposal before committing to anything.
